Tenant Placements LLC only uses your personal information for the original purposes it was given.   The Personal Information that prospective tenants provide to this Tenant Placements LLC is primarily used to obtain credit checks, and to perform background checks and rental history searches.  The information in the credit reports may be discussed with landlords for whom Tenant Placements LLC manages property.  Tenant Placements LLC also reports information to credit reporting agencies and uses personal information to complete those reports.  Personal information from prospective tenants is not given to the Landlords without the prospective tenant’s consent, but Tenant Placements LLC and its agents may discuss information in the tenant’s credit report with the Landlord. 

Tenant Placements LLC will not disclose, use, give or sell any personal information to third parties for any purposes other than to our suppliers and other third parties who need to know in order to deliver services on behalf of Tenant Placements LLC unless required to do so by law.

When we represent a person (tenant or landlord) in a transaction Tenant Placements LLC servicing the client may, on the client’s behalf and at the client’s instruction, share personal information he or she provides to Tenant Placements LLC to service providers (for example, property management companies or mortgage lenders) as those service providers may require for the products or services the client needs or requests.  If Tenant Placements LLC represents a prospective tenant in a rental/lease transaction, the personal information provided to landlords or their agents.  Tenant Placements LLC and its agents exercise reasonable discretion when discussing any personal information with others. 

Further, Tenant Placements LLC reserves the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the underlying service provided and/or the information collected.

If Tenant Placements LLC ceases to be the property manager for any reason, files may be turned over to the owner or the new property manager.  

We however reserve the right to disclose your information under certain circumstances such as but not limited to an inquiry by law enforcement or judicial authorities to protect our own legal rights or to protect the public good.

In addition to information you provide, we may collect information about your use of our Web sites that will help us improve our online services, such as information regarding what pages you access on our sites, what URL you just came from and the URL you next go to, what browser you are using and your IP address. This type of information collection is an industry standard and the information collected will be used to analyze trends and statistics and monitor link usage.
